Nick Panico III won the New York Experts on Tuesday night, August 5. Panico scored a perfect 4/4 in the Game/30 event, and earned $66. Second prize ($38) went to Bora Yagiz with 3 points, and third was shared by Shernaz Kennedy, Aleksandr Ostrovskiy, and NM Larry Tamarkin with 2 1/₂, worth $9.33. The under-1800 prize of $33 was won by Peter Hess with 1 1/₂.
