Perfect Justus in Under-1600

Justus Williams made a perfect 5-0 score to win the Marshall Monday Night Under-1600 tournament that ran from July 7 to August 4. He finished a full point and a half ahead of the field and won $114.

Joseph Fortunato, Dominique Oden, and unrated Hector Alvarado finished in second place with 3 1/₂, winning $38. The $57 prize for top under-1200 was won by James Black with 3 points.

The next of these tournaments, open only to USCF members rated under 1600, begins on August 11.
