Hoffman and Weiss Win Saturday Game/60
FM Asa Hoffman and Allen Weiss scored 3 1 /2 out of four to win the Marshall Chess Club Saturday Game/60 on January 17. They picked up $83 each for the victory. NM Yevgeni Margulis finished third with 3 points, worth $44.
Gordon Yang scored 21 /2 to win the Under-1700 prize of $52, while Darrian Robinson and Garth Palmer won the 1700-1999 prize, worth $26.50 apiece, with 2 points.
