Hoffman and Margulis Win "Four Rated Games Tonight"

FM Asa Hoffman and NM Yevgeni Margulis each scored 3 1/2 points to win the Chess Center of New York's "Four Rated Games Tonight" on Thursday February 5. The victory earned them $92 apiece.

NM Leif Pressman and NM Oliver Chernin tied for third with 3 points ($19 each), along with Ben Gershenov (who earned $70 in under-2200 money). Scot Mc Elheny and Gabor Schnitzler split the under-2000 prize ($32 each) with 2 1/2.

Twenty-five players and an extra Schnitzler were directed by Steve Immitt. You can find the full crosstable on the USCF website.
